At the moment it would be Unknown Soldier #1.

For non-Dc properties it would be The Fox And The Crow #1.

#1 GA Sandman

It's a close race between Wes, Superboy, GA Robin, and Scribbly.

KIRBY! We're getting Challengers, let's keep it going!

New Gods- done in one.

I've never read Demon so I'd like to see that next. I think two volumes would complete it.

Close tie between Silver Age Supes and Inferior Five.

Next would be The Demon or Plop!

Oops! I cheated and picked two pairs of two. If I had to pick one, it would be Silver Age Superman.

Now that Aquaman #1 is out and sitting on my shelf ( ) (Thanks DC!!!)

I would flip out for a Metal Men Archive. All five of us Metal Men fans on this board promise to buy 500 copies each, guaranteeing sales of $2,500 retail. (you guys don't mind me speaking up for you, do you?)

Wak! My head is spinning just thinking about this. There are so many I want, including (in no particular order) Marvel Family, Dr. Fate, Golden Age Hawkman, Sugar & Spike, Metal Men, Phantom Stranger, Golden Age Sandman, Seven Soldiers of Victory, Captain Marvel Jr., Black Condor...
Sigh. So many books. So little time. So little left in my bank account...

I am just checking in to see what I have missed. I am moving, and it is mostly a self-move two hours from where I live now, so it is slow, and yet hectic at the same time.

This week's choice for "gotta have Archives" are:
Silver Age - Metal Men or Superman and
Golden Age - Dr. Mid-nite or Mr. Terrific!

Ok, let me divide this up into a few different sections (sneaky way of getting in more than one choice, isn't it):

DC Archives Already Published: GA Green Lantern (as if there were ever any doubt).

Golden Age Not Yet Published: Dollman, Tomahawk

Silver Age Not Yet Published: MetalMen

Bronze Age Not Yet Published: Swamp Thing

Non-DC Stuff Not Yet Published: Turok, Son of Stone, Tarzan (Gold Key)

One way to convince DC to publish a Metal Men Archive would be to vote (and get others to vote) for it in DStepp's survey next year. Half of the top six SA vote getters will be Archives this year. So DC seems to pay attention to this survey, and this is one way to get the idea of a MM Archive into DC's mind.

Way too many that unfortunately will probably never be seen.

Golden Age:
Kid Eternity
Captain Triumph
(The few reprints from the 70's got me hooked on these two.)
Marvel Family

Silver Age:
Metal Men
Phantom Stranger
Metamorpho
Superboy
Superman
Wonder Woman
Dial H For Hero
Eclipso
Lois Lane
Jimmy Olsen
All Charlton Heroes

Also TP's in chrono order for the horror and science fiction series.

Okay. Sorry, Sorry, Sorry. Only one, it would have to be Kid Eternity.

Sheesh.
I'm shocked and saddened that all of you guys are not CLAMOURING for a Dr. Fate one.

Those old Howard Sherman stories are beautiful and creepy-----like if Charles Burns drew superhero comics in the 40's.

I think it's the best Golden Age stuff that hasn't been reprinted. ---By a mile.

One?

Assuming you're referring to a character that hasn't been archived yet, I'll go with Captain Marvel Jr., with Captain Comet a close second.

If not, I'll vote for finishing up the SA run of Doom Patrol.
